The clinic was built in the south of Israel to provide medical assistance to a population of 4,000. Based on local tradition the building was entirely constructed of clay, but was given a contemporary quality. The polycarbonate walls allow the desert light to permeate into the building, but it is filtered so that the interior remains cool. Proof that often the simplest solutions have a touch of genius.
